From 10 to 13 November 2026, HBI Tyres & Wheels is at EuroTier in Hanover, stand 27.E24. We are a European manufacturer of complete wheels, and this edition we are not bringing a catalogue. We are bringing two applications we know inside out, mixer feeders and wheel loaders, plus a new generation of flotation rims from our own new production line.

Why we start with the machine, not the tyre
A mixer feeder and a wheel loader ask opposite things from a wheel. The feeder runs loaded across wet grassland and a concrete yard on the same day, so it needs carrying capacity at low ground pressure and a diameter that keeps the machine stable under a full body. A wheel loader turns on the spot under load, so it needs traction and a sidewall that survives the yard.
That is why we start from the machine, the application and the challenge, and only then talk about product. Carrying capacity, wear, dimensions and the complete wheel configuration are one question, not four. Our engineers work on that question together with OEM machine builders, which is also how the products below came about.
Five solutions on stand 27.E24
215/75 R17.5 Bandenmarkt Protektor
A protector tyre for feeder and transport applications, on show in HBI orange. Protection where a standard tyre gives up first, so your machine keeps its appointment instead of waiting for a replacement.
30×11.5-14.5 Delcora GSP and Flotagrip
Low diameter combined with high carrying capacity. On a mixer feeder every centimetre of tyre height raises the body, and a lower body keeps the machine stable and keeps it under the doorway.
455/40 R22.5 Delcora TransAgro
The new generation TransAgro. Built on a 22.5 inch rim it leaves room for large brake drums and for the cooling those brakes need, which matters on transport combinations that run loaded at road speed day after day. For the OEM that means a wheel that fits the braking system instead of limiting it.
385/55 R22.5 Bandenmarkt Kargo
Traction is the point of this one. Pulling away loaded on a wet field exit is where transport work is won or lost, and the Kargo is built for that moment.
500/45 R22.5 Delcora GSP+
A wide contact patch that spreads the load over more surface. Lower ground pressure protects the sward and the soil structure underneath it, and that shows up in next season’s roughage yield rather than on the invoice today.
New flotation rims, from our own production line
We are introducing a new range of flotation rims, produced on a brand new line. A rim is not an afterthought at these loads. Get it wrong and the tyre never delivers what it was designed for. That is why we supply the matching tyres as well, so you receive a complete wheel that has been specified as one product.

Built together with machine builders
Most of what is on our stand started as someone else’s problem. A machine builder ran into a limit, we sat down together, and a wheel came out of it that solved the limit rather than working around it. That is the work we like best, and it is why OEM customers keep coming back for the next model.
