Delcora EXC-Grip banden voor mobiele graafmachines, met maten en specificaties

A wheeled excavator earns its money in the minutes it spends slewing under load at the edge of a trench, not on the drive to site. That is also the moment the tyre decides whether the machine stands firm or whether the operator has to take it slower.

Delcora EXC-Grip was built for machines that move between asphalt, sand, gravel and rubble on the same day. A high-traction block tread for pulling power on loose ground, a reinforced steel belted casing that keeps sharp debris out of the tread, and a wide footprint that holds the machine steady when it works sideways under load. Five sizes, available from stock, each with the rim specification that belongs to it. Below you will find what sets the EXC-Grip apart, the specifications per size, and how to pick the right one for your machine or fleet.

Why the tyre decides how hard your excavator can work

A wheeled excavator rarely spends the day on one surface. It travels to site on asphalt, digs in sand or clay, and manoeuvres over rubble and gravel in between. Each surface makes its own demands: pulling power on loose terrain, a stable base during digging and lifting, and a casing that shrugs off sharp stones and construction debris.

For contractors, rental companies and fleet owners, the maths is simple. A flat tyre means a stopped machine, waiting crews and a schedule under pressure. Slow delivery of replacement tyres adds to the bill. Grip and fast availability are therefore not details, they are operational decisions that show up directly in fleet uptime.

Delcora EXC-Grip: traction, stability and puncture resistance in one tyre

The EXC-Grip was engineered around that daily reality. The block tread generates optimal pulling power on sand, gravel and loose soil, while the wide footprint spreads machine weight for maximum stability, including when slewing under load at the edge of a trench. It is an excavator tyre with puncture resistant sidewall and tread: steel belts protect the tread area, and the reinforced sidewall resists cuts from stones and debris. The same wide, soil-friendly tread pattern lowers ground pressure and leaves fewer ruts on finished surfaces and sensitive ground.
